HOW TO FILL OUT A WORK ORDER FORM

The work order form is designed to simplify and ensure accuracy in the screen printing process. If you’re new to screen printing, the options can feel overwhelming, but completing the form helps guarantee your order is exactly as requested.

01.

CLIENT CONTACT

Please fill out all the basic information, including your name, company name, billing address, shipping address (if shipping), date and due date of the order.

JOB INFORMATION

Be sure to add your artwork name and information to this section. This is very important, so we can keep your designs organized.

03.

ITEM, COLOR & DESCRIPTION

In the garment, brand and style section please fill out the as much information about the garment as possible. Note the color and size breakdown.

04.

ARTWORK SECTION

In the form, include all artwork details: graphic name, whether it’s new or a reprint, and if the graphic needs sizing or is already sized. Indicate placement (front, back, etc.) and list Pantone numbers or ink colors (e.g., red, white, blue). Add any special requests in the box below.
