Guidelines

Learn everything you need to know about our policies and how we work

  • What are our MOQ's?
    Our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is 50 pieces per design. If you need to print less than 50, contact us directly to see how we can help.
  • Submitting Payment
    We require all orders to be paid in FULL. If payment has not been made the order will NOT be processed. We accept major credit cards visa, mastercard, discover and american express. We do NOT accept checks.
  • Submitting a Work Order Form
    All orders MUST be submitted with a DTSP work order form. Orders will NOT be started without the work order form complete.
  • Artwork Requirements
    Artwork must be submitted in Illustrator or Photoshop at 300 dpi. For Photoshop, send layered files; for Illustrator, convert text to outlines. We cannot proceed with low-quality artwork. If needed, we can adjust the design to fit all shirt sizes.
  • Screen & Set-Up Fees
    Screens are the property of DTSP, and are kept for six months after the initial order. After this period, screens are reclaimed. If you wish to reprint after six months, you will need to pay the screen fees again, with a fee charged per screen. Each color in a design requires a different screen. All fees will be clarified in the invoice provided.
  • Art/Sample Approvals
    We do not offer press checks. Art approvals will be emailed shortly after your order is placed. You must approve or respond to the digital mock-up within 24 hours to avoid delays. Once approved, no changes can be made.
  • Order Changes
    Changes are limited to adding pieces or adjusting graphic colors, which may incur extra fees and production time (subject to minimums). No changes are allowed after payment. Any additions after the order is placed will be treated as a new order, with additional fees applied.
  • Order Cancellations
    All orders are final. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours and will incur payment for any services already rendered. No cancellations are allowed once production has started or printing is done. *For rush orders, no changes are permitted after the order is placed.
  • Rush Orders
    We offer rush services, but availability is limited. To qualify, you must submit a completed Work Order Form with all order details, including Pantone numbers, garment style, and size breakdown.
  • Damages & Errors
    We strive for accuracy in every print, but mistakes can happen. Customers have 48 hours to report any damages or defects. A 5% damage allowance applies, so we recommend ordering extra pieces. We are not responsible for garment manufacturing issues such as mislabeled items, color variations, stitching errors, or fabric defects. Inconsistencies with discharge printing due to fabric or dye are also not our responsibility. If items are out of stock, we will notify you and suggest alternatives. Note that a 1/4” placement tolerance is standard and does not count as a misprint.
  • Contract Printing
    If you’re supplying the garments for printing, please provide a detailed description, including style numbers, colors, sizes, quantities, and a packing slip. We require at least one extra piece per style and color for testing inks, colors, or printing techniques. We are not responsible for screen printing results on garments with treatments such as garment dyeing, tie-dye, or special washes.
  • Lead Times
    Our turnaround is usually 7-14 business days. Turn around can vary from 15-30 business days. If you have an specific date that you must have your production in your hands please let us know. We do offer a rush service (if available) please contact us if you need assistance.
  • Shipping & Deliveries
    Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees, if applicable. Please inform us when placing your order if it needs to be shipped to a specific location. We use a UPS account and will add the shipping cost to your invoice. DTSP is not liable for any shipping delays.​
  • Job Estimates
    Estimates expire after 30 days and may change upon review of the graphic. You will receive an estimate within 24-48 hours of your quote request, excluding weekends.
